While I was on my ‘Southern Tour’ this fall, I got to visit the little house that my sweet niece and her two roomies share.  Those girls have more talent that any early twenty-somethings I’ve seen!  I took some pictures—as is.  No ‘styling’ or anything—and it still looks great.  And, cell phone photos.  Didn’t have my camera with me—-not that it would have helped much with my lacking photo skills.

Here is Sarah Kathryn—-I mean they even did the outside!

They are all so crafty and creative.  Here is a shot of their living room.   They used salvaged windows and shutters to fill this large, empty wall.

Here is one of their bedrooms.  A mantel headboard and an old door—-

Another bedroom.  Great use of space.  And, can I tell you how impressed I was that both of their beds were made?!

In the last bedroom, here is the dresser Sarah Kathryn painted.  I think it’s a fun color combo.

And, here is a photo of the shell mirror she made when she was visiting with us last summer.    Looks like the mirror was the inspiration for the dresser colors.

I am so proud of their creativity and their fearlessness to try new things.  It will be fun to watch their style as they mature and see/learn new things.
